This program comprises a series of programs covering the key themes and challenges that front-line managers face on a daily basis. With delivery in short 2-4-hour modules our focus is not on management theory but rather on how to apply key skills in the workplace. As part of our approach of embedded learning all our programs include assignments to be completed between modules as well as follow up sessions to offer support with any challenging situations participants might be faced with.
