In addition to connecting clients to our vast network of executive search specialists and in-house recruiters we offer various assessments to make sure they are the right fit for their desired role. In addition to interview skills we offer role plays and practice based on the job descriptions of the positions being applied for so that our candidates can attend interviews with maximum confidence. Once they have secured their desired role we support them in how they would address the first 90 days in their new role.
