Paula Sugawara, the CEO of TCS, brings to the table a combination of 15 years experience in the field of learning and development, a career in investment banking and experience running a business in Japan at the country manager level. In addition, she is a bilingual English/Japanese fully certified executive coach and facilitator as well as certified in a range of psychometric assessment tools.
